Review of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train

This article is a review of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train and contains spoilers for the start of the movie and season 1 of animated show Demon Slayer.

The movie for the hit animated series Demon Slayer recently released in theaters across the nation with a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, The movie follows Tanjiro, his sister Nezuko, his two friends Inosuke and Zenitsu, and the Flame Hashira: Rengoku Kyojuro. The movie starts where the first season of the anime ended, right after the team got on the train. The team quickly finds out that Rengoku Kyojuro will be travelling with them. The team also finds out that an unwanted guest will be travelling with them. The demon known as the Lower Rank One: Enmu. The protagonists must face their greatest fears and a powerful demon, all while protecting a train full of passengers. The entire movie is filled with the same amount of emotion that was in the spider fight during season one of demon slayer. The animation alone is enough to make you shed a tear and the storytelling and emotions of the characters sends chills down your spine. Overall, with the great storytelling of Demon Slayer and top-tier fight scenes from Ufotable it was an enjoyable experience that most people will most likely never forget. If you are a fan of the Demon Slayer series it is a must-watch.
