900 Hall has new Murals

The 900 hall has gotten a fresh coat of paint, and along with two new murals.

The first depicts a falcon, while the second displays the words, “Home of the Falcons.”

Work on these murals began at the beginning of the 2018-19 school year and lasted roughly three weeks. The murals were created by Bennett Junkin, senior, for a school project, and required him to stay after school many days of the week.

The murals were created in the hallway connecting the men’s locker room and the south gym, and highlight the used to be plain walls.

Other murals like the one in the 900 hallway are planned for the future, but it is unknown when they will be made, or where they will be located.
