Brian Cavataio, talent acquisition and development manager at TVH, was the guest speaker at an event hosted by the PCA Business Strand on Feb. 16.  Cavataio’s speech included information on TVH and how to create a good résumé for future employees.

Grace Morgan, sophomore, learned from his speech “how to work as a team and be responsible for your actions.” These aspects are especially good to have when a person makes mistakes and must tell others what he did wrong to get the help that he needs.

After his speech, Cavataio then did a mock interview with a student after telling the audience how a good interview could be done. While watching the mock interview, the students saw what TVH looks for in an interview and how to prepare for the interview.

In the parent newsletter, Kirsten Jackson, sophomore, said, “I can take the advice and use it in my future experiences.” This advice can help in future experiences, whether that is for college or getting a job later on.
