You don’t need to be a master chef to be able to cook your own meals. Cooking your own meals can actually be cheaper than going out to eat daily, or even weekly. People really think cooking good quality meals is hard and complicated but it is actually surprisingly easy. Starting off, here are some recipes for breakfast. The first meal of the day. One of the most simplistic and most classic breakfast foods is scrambled eggs. This recipe will need about two eggs per person, one tablespoon of milk for every egg, two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, dash of salt and you can’t forget about the pepper. So the first step  is to put the eggs in a bowl and whisk until the egg yolks and egg whites are combined together. The next step  is to add  milk to the eggs. An alternative for the milk could be water. After adding milk or water, whisk until it’s an even yellow color. Next, gently preheat the pan by brushing a small nonstick skillet with olive oil, or melt a little butter inside it. Warm the skillet over medium heat. Finally, it’s time to cook. Pour in the egg mixture, and let it cook, untouched, for a few seconds. Then, pull a rubber spatula across the bottom of the pan to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs. Then, continue cooking your eggs over medium-low heat, folding and moving your eggs around in the pan. For soft, fluffy scrambled eggs, stop cooking when the eggs are set but are still a little moist.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tacos are the next recipe!  Most people struggle when making the taco meat. It’s very simple though. This recipe needs any type of ground meat, one third of a pound per person, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons for every one pound of meat for taco seasoning. Heat a large non-stick pan or cast iron skillet over medium high heat. A good pro tip is if using a stainless steel skillet, add in 1⁄2 tablespoon oil to prevent meat from sticking. Add the taco meat to the pan.  Put in your seasoning and break into small chunks. As the meat browns, make sure to keep stirring. Once meat is done, pour out extra grease.
