8 Starbucks Favs

Riley Story, Reporter

Here are the top 8 Fall Starbucks drinks. Down below we have the name and what comes in it. Whether you’re a Hot or Iced Coffee/Tea person there is a variety to choose from. These aren’t the only Fall drinks, therefore there are so many more combinations to your heart’s desire.

(1) Apple Crisp Oat Milk *Macchiato: The hot and iced versions featured the flavors of apple and brown sugar, along with apple purée, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a caramelized-spiced apple drizzle.

(2) Pumpkin Spice *Latte: Made with milk, their pumpkin spice sauce, brewed espresso, whipped cream and a pumpkin spice topping that consists of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.

(3) Pumpkin Cream *Cold Brew: Made from a mixture of cream, milk, pumpkin spice sauce, and vanilla syrup.

(4) Caramel Apple Spice: Steamed apple juice complemented with cinnamon syrup, whipped cream and a caramel sauce drizzle.

(5) Chai Tea Latte: Made with 2% milk, water, and a chai tea concentrate that includes black tea, cardamom, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and vanilla.

(6) Pumpkin Spice Macchiato(not on the menu, you have to order as a Caramel Macchiato with the pumpkin add ins): Caramel Macchiato. Made with Pumpkin Spice Syrup instead of vanilla. Top with pumpkin spice topping

(7) Cinnamon Dolce Latte: Made with freshly steamed milk and cinnamon dolce-flavored syrup to our classic espresso, topped with sweetened whipped cream and a cinnamon dolce topping.

(8) Pumpkin Spice *Flat White (not on the menu, you have to order as a Flat White with the pumpkin add ins): Flat White with pumpkin spice topping.

*Macchiato: Two shots of espresso marked with a little drop of foam.

*Latte: Made with Espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk.

*Cold Brew: Double Brewed, Iced Coffee served sweetened, often with a splash of milk.

*Flat White: espresso beverage made with two ristretto shots(A ristretto shot delivers a sweeter, more intense coffee flavor.), combined with a thin layer of velvety steamed whole milk.

I have tried the Apple Crisp Oat Milk Macchiato (I got mine iced). If you like apple pie, you will surely love this drink. It has a very strong taste of coffee and the apple is sure to make an appearance. It’s a layered drink so in order to taste all the flavors it will need to be mixed. The top is a Coffee Cold Brew, under that is the cream and milk mixture and at the very bottom is the apple puree.

I’ve also tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte, iced as well as it has a very smooth pumpkin taste, sweet and cold. Topped with whipped cream and cinnamon topping. For now, those are the only ones I have tried.

Go to Starbucks as soon as you can and try the Fall drinks, you never know, maybe they’ll end up on your favorites list too. Or if you want to, you can always make it at home. You can find recipes anywhere.
